  1. Cindy Luis:

For those who weren't at the match Sunday, this was the 'military appreciation' uniform the Rainbow Warriors wore. Hope they'll use them again and then maybe auction them off as a fund-raiser.

  2. Brandon:

UH moves to ten in the coaches poll

  3. Cindy Luis:

thanks forgot that the poll would be an hour earlier because of DST

  4. mei mei:

thanks for the info Cindy... think i missed it but, did Na Wahine Auction off their pink ones?? just curious because i would love to own one.

  5. Tiki808:

I still say they may miss the MPSF playoffs if they lose anymore.

  6. Cubicle1126:

    tiki808 -- way to go out on a limb there ... 😉

  7. Cindy Luis:

    4. they didn't auction them. not sure why since it was such a big hit and the intense bidding for Kaufman's and Lee's jerseys

  8. Brandon:

Aww I miss Kaufman playing. She was always happy on the court and I miss seeing her slam the ball. And you can't forget her 11 aces against wahsington. Mi beleive she should of been third team AA in 2009

  9. Cindy Luis:

she's still playing vb in Europe. Her mom has posted some fun pictures on her FB page. I'll ask her if I could use one on the blog.

  10. Brandon:

Glad she decided to continue playing volleyball. She was great on and off the court.

  11. LC:

I took part in the bidding for Amber's jersey but bailed out around $600.There was some heavy bidding for her jersey by one person and I was told it was a family member so I pulled out.

I think the program missed out on making some money for the program by not having another auction before Christmas but it really isn't too late, maybe someone needs to but bug in their ear.

I found the final results of that last auction here> http://tinyurl.com/q97pq5q

  12. Cindy Luis:

    11. it was Kaufman's mom who got the jersey.
agree they should do something. could combine it with a sand fundraiser. Scott is always in need of money I'll suggest it to him. Although they raised about $70,000 via matching donations for last year's inaugural Portuguese horseshoes tourney.
